Lionel Messi was Inter Miami’s goal hero against Los Angeles Galaxy on Sunday, salvaging a point for the Herons by scoring a fine stoppage-time leveller at Dignity Health Sports Park.
As ever, all eyes were on Miami’s star striker from the moment he took to the field for the MLS clash – and on this occasion, he emerged from the tunnel hand in hand with a very special guest: Kim Kardashian’s son.
That’s because eight-year-old Saint, one of Kardashian’s four children with ex-husband Kanye West, was the pre-match mascot chosen to accompany Messi onto the pitch in Carson, California.
Kardashian kid “living absolute dream” alongside Messi
Posting on the social-media platform X, Kardashian published a video of her son alongside the Miami captain, with the message: “Saint walking Messi out on the field tonight at the La Galaxy vs Inter Miami game!!! He is living the absolute dream!”

Saint a soccer lover
This isn’t the first time that Saint, who is a huge soccer fan, has met Messi. In July 2023, Kardashian posted a video of the youngster and his pals getting a photo with the Argentine after his debut for Inter Miami. “Best day of their entire lives,” she wrote on Instagram Stories.
Over the past couple of years, Kardashian has made a habit of taking to social media to share her son’s soccer-watching experiences and encounters with major ps in the game.
In March 2023, she took Saint and a group of his pals to the Emirates Stadium for Arsenal’s Europa League clash with Sporting CP. “Soccer moms unite!!!” Kardashian wrote on Instagram, together with a picture of herself next to Saint, who was decked out in a Gunners shirt. “This was the trip of a lifetime! Taking Saint and his besties to London to see Arsenal play!!!”
